MY STRENGTHS

As noted on Gallup’s home page, the Clifton StrengthsFinder identifies what we naturally do best. It provides customized results that name our unique talents. It shows us how to succeed by turning our talents into strengths.  Here are the “power and edge” of my talents, according to the StrengthsFinder:

Achiever.
People exceptionally talented in the Achiever theme work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. They take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

Competition.
People with strong Command talents naturally take charge. They see what needs to be done and are willing to speak up. Confrontation does not frighten them; rather, they understand that it is the first step toward resolution.

People exceptionally talented in the Harmony theme look for consensus. They don't enjoy conflict; rather, they seek areas of agreement.

Significance.
People exceptionally talented in the Significance theme want to make a big impact.   They are independent and prioritize projects based on how much influence they will have on their organization or people around them.

Positivity. 
There is power in Positivity. People with dominate Positivity talents have an infectious energy and enthusiasm. Simply stated, everyone feels better about life when they are around.
