Joey Adler Ruane

Joey Adler Ruane serves as Vice President of Government Relations and Senior Associate at Kissel, Kohout, ES Associates LLC. An Omaha native, he brings experience in Nebraska politics, public policy, and legislative advocacy, with a background spanning campaign management, legislative staff service, policy development, and lobbying.

Joey managed campaigns for state and federal candidates and served on the legislative staffs of Senators Ken Haar and Matt Hansen. As Senator Hansen’s legislative aide, he helped develop legislation and prepare for committee hearings and floor debate.

His policy and advocacy experience includes work with the Holland Children’s Movement and OpenSky Policy Institute. Joey’s community service includes the Holland Children’s Movement board and prior board service with the Wellbeing Initiative, Inc.
