TransCanada has given its strongest signal yet that they have the demand to fill their long delayed pipeline. Now the ball is in Nebraska’s court. With the question of producer support mostly settled all eyes turn to a decision to be made by Nebraska’s regulators. While any decision will likely be challenged in court, a go ahead would allow TransCanada to actually begin laying down pipe. While many investors will be holding their breath on the Keystone XL the company isn’t standing still. The company posted third quarter results on Thursday that met analysts’ expectations and put the Grand Rapids pipeline and Northern Courier pipelines into service.
